loving (and missing) the bounty

Thanks to our wonderful heated watering pail and top-loading feed hopper that holds 50 POUNDS of organic chicken feed, we can leave our girls and not worry. They are amply fed, watered and safe from predators (and Noreasters). Except that they keep on making all those eggs...
